spent a lot, got more

This blog will be the last one. And this week will be my exam review week. I already have a wonderful Christmas plan, but in this point, I cannot think about that. In this week lecture, we learned about what property was. Also some other more detail information about property. Beside, we also talk about the access copyright in University of Toronto. I know that University of Toronto is reconsidering its agreement with Access Copyright, partly in favour of using fair dealing. This could cost you $28, more or less, per year. we also have the last tut this week. During this study,I learned a lot, spent a lot, so I think I will get more in the future.

Nothing Special!!

The final exams will coming soon. After that, we will celebrate Christmas holiday. During this week, we learnt about some computer system and focus on the privacy. I also learnt some method about how to reduce our exposure to either malicious or inadvertent harm to our computer's security. For example, we can use passwords. Overall, the internet is very useful in our daily life, but we should use it carefully. In the video, I learnt about the new function called flatten recursion. This function is very similar as apply function,so it's easy to managed. The next coming things we should do was project 2, I think our group will finish before due day!!!

How time files!

How time files! A week has passed before I noticed it. Thinking back at the things that happened during last week, I found the study life here full of challenge. This week, we learned about the computer networks. I know more information about an operating system. And also I know when two distinct machines running separate OS, they have to cooperate on task. This is an new knowledge for me, so i need more time to managed it. The weather wasn't very good. It rained some time. So I don't feel happy. I finished the term test two last week. I am very worried about my mark now. I hope it will be fine!

I got all midterm tests back this week. The mark was very ... so I had no desire to do anything. In this week's study,the Professor teaches the different way of connection which was roundly connected and centrally connected. In the video, it give me some experience with recursion. I learn two ways of recursions, triangle recursion and Koch recursion. This recursion will make picture very beautiful.

study week~

In this week, I learned about what Von Veumann looks like, which is bus connects ALU control to memory (RAM) and I/O keyboard, monitor, storage. In deeply learning, I know more detail about that. The transistors that make up RAM are extremely small, they do occupy some space. Beside,during the class time, I am very interested in Dr. Rocket. I learned the new decompose and reconstruct function. From the Professor's teaching video, I mastered how to display the 7th color from an arbitrary image and create a function called quarter-green that produces a new color from an old one by reducing the green component to a quarter. I'm very enjoy this week study.

" Black week" in my life

In the class of this week, I have learned to get to know more on computers are in fact images of glowing pixels and variety of schemes that determine how each different colour of pixels glows and also on how sound could be interpreted in numbers, for instance, WAV sound format. One thing I have learned in the class this week that truly fascinating is that how amazing by just a few numbers, by means of coding, could change the colour of the image on Dr. Racket. Although coding tends to be interesting, I find it hard to operate the system due to my lack of practice by myself and the fact that I am never really good with software and hardware. During the class while professor was lecturing, I thought I could managed to fully mastering the class but when it comes to self-revising on the materials, I found myself confused and in need of constantly referring back to notes I have taken in class and slides posted by professor. The course material covered this week helps me on better grip of operating my computers and to change the colour of the images into the colour that I like and to have a different perspective on images and sound formed by computers One of my achievement this week was that I have mastered the skill of changing colours on images which makes it easier for me to do editing on pictures. Besides, I get to learn one more function from Dr.Racket. Although I feel that I have learned the skill of changing of colour on images, I still could not mastered it so well and to be honest, I am lack of confident for this week class, by means of tutorial/test/assignment. It would be the "black week" in my study life!
